Details of Services | 1. Technical support - a highly trained and experienced tecnician will be available in the teaching room at all times for trouble shooting and software support | | 2. Trainer - Expert trainers are available to lead sessions on a wide variety of ICT subjects from application use to digital video and networking systems. The full list of training options is available on request. | 3. Bespoke training - an organisation indicates what it wants to achieve and our team will put together training materials and activities. | | 4. Training needs assessment - we will analyse business processes and software for an organisation and present a training needs assessment that will help them maximise the return on their investment in ICT. |
