Implementing a Framework for ICT Technical Support

This full day workshop is for network managers in schools.

The purpose of this workshop is to:

· demonstrate what is involved in implementing F.I.T.S.

· help to understand how to decide where to start an implementation of FITS

· create an action plan for implementing F.I.T.S.

This workshop is charged at £ 225 per delegate. Alternatively we can come to your venue at a cost of £ 600. The workshop can be delivered to a maximum of 15 delegates.
