·       A notice period of at least 5 working days is required to book a room.
·       Host school bookings cannot be for more than one half term of 4 periods per week.
·       At the end of your lesson it is your responsibility to make sure that the room is left in a clean and tidy condition with keyboards, mice and chairs left in the correct position and the whiteboards cleaned. All books, papers, printouts and other equipment should be removed. The condition of the room will be checked at the end of each lesson and all uncollected prints will be disposed of at the end of the day.
