·       A notice period of at least 5 working days is required to book a room.
·       Bookings for a meeting room will be accepted at shorter notice than this but technical support, refreshments, use of the interactive whiteboard and other facilities may NOT be provided.
·       Booking of the meeting room includes use of the Cyber-Café.  Please ensure that you allow time to wash and clear away used crockery etc after vacating the room.
